Very clean and comfortable!

The studio was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with the Metro very near and plenty of restaurants and even a market nearby. Thanks!

This was a really convenient place to stay for a conference at the Marriott Woodley Park. I stayed here with a friend and was curious about the toddler bed, but it ended up working out just fine (I'm 5'5" and a side sleeper). It was actually really comfortable. The room it's in is a bit stuffy, but it's a basement apartment. Check-in was super easy, and it was nice to have kitchen with a fridge etc.

Definatly recommended

The place is accurately described and as in the pictures, no surprises! The host were amazingly hospitable. Definitely recommend, and would be back!

The place was nice, the communication was helpful and timely and the location is great -- very close to the metro in a pleasant neighborhood. Definitely worked well for us and If we have occasion to return to the same area, I would love to stay there again.

Joanne was a great host and made sure to let us know that they have lived in DC for 40 years and were available for any questions or suggestions during our stay. The neighborhood is super walkable with loads of restaurants and a metro station nearby. We would definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent location! Very pleasant apartment!

Excellent location! The apartment was an very pleasant place to stay for a few days: not only convenient but also peaceful and relaxing. Joanne gave very clear directions for how to find it. Overall, this small but very comfortable apartment worked very well with my busy schedule while attending a conference at the Marriott.

Great Location, hosts, nice and clean!

Great location and hosts -- I felt like I was staying with a friend, Joanne was kind and helpful. It was perfect for my conference at the Marriott Wardman Park, and it was amazing to be so close to the zoo, Metro, and stores/restaurants. The apartment itself was nice and clean, definitely in the basement, but would stay there again.

I spend 5 nights at this studio apartment when visiting DC for a conference. I had a great time. It was clean, perfect size, and great location for where I needed to be. Joanne was waiting for me upon arrival and was very easy to contact in case I needed anything. I will make sure to book again if I return to DC!

Joanne’s apartment was wonderfully comfortable. She lives right upstairs, and so I felt like if I needed anything I could reach out. She met me when I arrived and gave me a sense of the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. There was more than enough room for me in the apartment - next time I’d bring my wife and child. The toddler bed is actually quite substantial and behind a curtain in what is almost another room. I did not cook but the kitchenette appeared to have everything one would need. I also really appreciated the privacy of the separate entrance through the pretty back garden. The apartment is in a quiet spot while being right around the corner from great restaurants and the hotel with my convention - it could not have been more convenient.
