Guests will enjoy this spacious all new apartment with its great Capitol Hill location. The Phillips Row Apartment is a 1-bedroom English-style basement/garden-level apartment with an all new renovation and is within a 10 minute walk of the well-known Eastern Market and a block from Lincoln Park. The Potomac Avenue Metro station is a quick 5 block walk. Guests can enjoy an easy ride to visit all that Washington D.C. has to offer, including the National Mall, historic monuments and museums, art galleries, the Smithsonian National Zoo and much more! Two grocery stores are near the Potomac Avenue Metro, making it easy to pick up many items you may need.
This one bedroom apartment features a Queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy the all new bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The kitchen includes maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with a cooktop, a convection oven/microwave oven combo, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The kitchen is great for budget-minded travelers who would like to cook light meals and for those who prefer not to dine out for every meal. The dining area offers a great place to sit and enjoy your meals or have a family fun night.
This unit has its own hi-efficiency washer and dryer, complete with laundry supplies. Guests have a private outdoor seating area in the front entrance. Guests are also invited to enjoy the shared rear patio when the owners are not using the space. Either space is a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing!
Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. promptly. In many cases, you may be able to arrange an earlier time for luggage drop off.
Should guests require parking, a temporary on-street parking permit can be provided at no additional charge.
Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for our area. A three-night minimum reservation is required at all times. Rates do not include a $75 cleaning fee, the 14.5% DC lodging taxes or the $10 reservation fee. All of our homes are smoke free. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guest pets.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Additionally, in the case of this property, smoking is not allowed on the front or rear patio.

My husband and our two daughters thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay here! The house is clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owners are super kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They even surprised our girls with some festive St. Patrick's Day cookies! The neighborhood is friendly and safe and we enjoyed walking to Lincoln Park. The metro is a short distance away and we had no troubles finding a parking spot although we really didn't drive much. Safeway is a quick and easy walk up the street for any of your grocery needs. We truly can't say enough about our whole experience in DC and it all started with the owners. They make you feel right at home - you won't regret staying here.
