Really great location, functional kitchen, clean--did i say great location! Could use a little updating/tlc, but price is really fair for what you get. Would stay again.
The apartment is very conveniently located, with plenty of space and has all the amenities that are listed in the description. Our hosts were extremely responsive (by email and phone txt), kind and helpful. Overall, it was a great AirBnB experience!
The apartment is ideally located and has all the amenities one would need for a short or long stay. I highly recommend!
Very nice place and awesome location!
Great downtown location in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Less than 15 mins' walk to the Convention Center or Whole Foods supermarket. Many restaurants are close by. Robert is a very good host! He is nice, friendly and helpful. Robert provided many useful info during our stay. We had all we need in the apartment. Robert was also very kind to allow us to have late afternoon check-out on the last day so that we could enjoy our time at the museum and did not have to rush back and leave. The only issue we experienced was mosquitoes, not sure if it's due to all the rain, hot weather or basement. Overall, it's a good short-trip stay.
We LOVED this apartment. The location was phenomenal--on a fairly quiet residential street right by Logan Circle but just a couple of easy blocks to 14th street with great coffee (Dolcezza), tons of restaurants (try Birch & Barley), and bars. There is also a restaurant with a great outdoor patio a block up the street, the Bird. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so we heard very little street noise. The architecture in the neighborhood is lovely. It was a fairly long but doable walk into the heart of DC for museums and monuments (much easier to walk there and then Uber back when our feet were tired!). We met the owners, and they were so sweet and very knowledgeable about sites and restaurants in the area. The apartment wasn't fancy, but it was well-equipped, very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Nice towels in the bathroom. There is no central heat or air, which we didn't realize in advance (we may have just skipped over that info!), but the owners do provide a space heater and portable AC unit which were sufficient. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
