This place was awesome. It's in an amazing area on a quiet street, and I would 100% prefer to stay here over hotels any day!

Slice of Heaven

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three months while she had an internship in Dupont Circle. We couldn't have been happier. The location is beautiful - 14th street has great restaurants, coffee shops, etc, and Corcoran is cozy and quiet, except for the garbage truck that picks up on friday mornings. The owners of the property are attentive and friendly (I emailed them to borrow a plunger and Mike, who was at a conference out of town, called his wife to have her bring one over, all in 20 minutes). The kitchen is newly redone and fully furnished (dishware, pots and pans), and all of the appliances work beautifully. The TV comes with cable! I'm a jogger, and could easily run to the National Mall or Meridian Hill Park and back in under an hour. Highly recommend. We loved it.

Very clean, easy to book and very responsive owner. Professionally managed, all was as advertised. Excellent location, very close to many restaurants and night scene.

This studio was as represented on the site. We were concerned with it being a basement unit, but actually nicer in person than in photos and very clean. Although a "studio" the main room is fairly large and there is a good sized kitchen with separate closet/bathroom so much larger than a commensurate hotel room, and much less expensive. Close to many restaurants and nice couple block walk to the U-Street metro station, while located off the main street (14th) in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

I stayed 14 days in this studio due work in DC and I can tell your the truth about it: 1.- Location is perfect. When I say perfect I mean perfect for everything. $7 Uber to the Convention Center. 2.-Studio has everything you need for a long stay. 3.- Uber and Lyft are available on the area 24/7 4.- Trader's Joe and Whole Foods 7 min walk 5.- I will suggest max 2 people. 6.- Communication is great 7.- I will be back to the same studio in the future NOTE (Advice outside the house review): The Studio is close to Capital Bike (City bike rentals). Read carefully the rules before you get charged a lot for returning the rental bike late.
