Take advantage of our apartment rentals in Washington, D.C.! Just 1.5 blocks from the Eastern Market metro, the C Street Flat offers monthly accommodations for up to 2 guests. This apartment is a one bedroom English basement unit, typical to Washington D.C. Rowhouses. Features include a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double futon sofa in the living room. The bathroom is all new, with a generously sized shower. The front bay window lets in plenty of natural light, perfect for guests to dine while taking in the view! Cable TV and wireless Internet access are also included.
The full kitchen is perfect for budget-minded travelers who would like to cook light meals and those who prefer not to dine out for three meals a day. Conveniently, there are several supermarkets within a 10-15 minute walk of the apartment. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment, which is especially convenient for longer term guests.
From the C Street Flat, guests enjoy easy access to all that D.C. has to offer, including but not limited to the National Mall, U.S. Capitol Building, Library of Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court. If you wish to walk and take in the sites of D.C. and walk to the National Mall, it will only take approximately 15-20 minutes. (Located 8 blocks from the U.S. Capitol and Library of Congress). Additionally, the apartment is located 1.5 blocks from the Blue/Orange Line Metro at the Eastern Market Stop and the famed Eastern Market itself! You can hop on the Eastern Market Metro to go many places, including the White House, Convention Center, the National Zoo and Arlington National Cemetery, just to name a few! You may also choose to ride the Metro bus, which is 1.5 blocks from this home. Guests have the option of catching a ride with Uber, Zip Car or Car2go. If you are looking to bike around the city, there are several Capital Bikeshare stations available as well!
This home has several restaurants, boutiques and shopping within 4 blocks. Guests can choose from restaurants such as Rose’s Luxury, which was named best new restaurant in the U.S. by Bon Apetit magazine, Montmartre’ and Acqua Al 2, just to name a few! Additionally, there is a Harris Teeter and Safeway within a 1/2 mile of this property. (The owners can provide a rolling shopping cart if requested.)
Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. promptly. In many cases, you may be able to arrange for an earlier check in or luggage drop off.
Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for our area. A 30-night minimum reservation is required at all times. Rates do not include a $75 cleaning fee, the 14.5% DC lodging taxes or the $10 reservation fee. All of our homes are smoke free. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guest pets.

Great location, easy 1.5 block walk to Eastern Market station. Good for business travel because of the location, and I liked being able to stay near a very vibrant area of the district.
We stayed here for a short vacation and the location is excellent for sightseeing - walkable to Capitol Hill, with metro and city bikes available within a couple of mins walk. Nice residential area with easy shopping at Trader Joe’s just one block away, and the local market. The apartment was clean, equipped with the basics for cooking simple meals, and looks exactly as shown in the photos. A little noisy at times from the floor above as would be the case in any basement, but quiet at night - and a comfortable bed. We would definitely return.
Location, location is what realtors repeat. The unit had all the amenities of home. Clean and comfortable. We could walk to nearly all the National Mall sites. The variety of restaurants accommodated all tastes. Your staff was 5 stars with the directions and response to questions. We had a great trip. No complaints.
