English basement level studio. Located at  Cathedral Ave. & Woodley Place MW on the Woodley Park Neighborhood. This apartment offers easy walking access to the Omni Shoreham and Marriott Wardman Convention Hotels (5 minute walk). Walk to the National Zoo, Red Line Metro and the Adams Morgan Neighborhood.. The Red line Metro at the Zoo runs directly down to the Dupont Circle and near the White House. 1 block from Connecticut Ave, great shopping and restaurants.

Studio accommodates up yo 2 guests. It features a queen sized bed, small but private shower only bath (no tub). and  small kitchenette ready to use for preparing light meals. A small extra room offers a desk and chair to catch up on email or work. The studio is wireless and offers cable TV in the living area.

Check in time id after 2 pm and check out time is promptly at 11 am. In some cases you may be able to arrange an earlier luggage drop off. Parking is at the local hotels only. Parking is not available with the studio.

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke free and pet free.
