2 Story, 2 bedroom Townhouse located at Terrace Ct. & A St. NE on Capitol Hill. This home is diagonally across the street from the front door of the Supreme Court. You don;t get any closer in than this lovely home. 8 minute walk to Union Station to catch the Red Line Metro for access to other areas of the city. .
The Townhouse accommodates up to 4 guests. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a full sized bed. The private full bath is on the first floor. The living area features cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to feel free to prepare breakfasts or light meals to save on the budget of trying to dine out three meals a day.
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 11 am promptly In some cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off prior to arrival.. There is no parking available at this home. The closest parking is at Union Station which charges $22.00 per 24 hours.
Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. all of our homes are smoke free and pet free.
Rate based on 2 people. Add $25 per Adult, $15 per Child (2-18yrs)
