English Basement level1 bedroom  apartment, located at 16th St & U St. NW in the Dupont Circle Neighborhood. This apartment offers easy Metro access to the Washington Convention Center 6-7 minute walk to the Green/Yellow Lime Metro at the U St./Cardozo stop and then just 2 stops to the Convention Center). The U Street Cardozo stop is also a direct line to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, National Archives and Pennsylvania Ave, You may walk to the Hilton Towers in under 10 minute from this home. The Red Line Metro at Dupont Circle is a 10 minute walk making meetings at the Omni Shoreham or Marriott Wardman convention hotels or a trip to the National Zoo an easy commute.

The Apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests It features a queen sized bed in the bedroom a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. A Pack N Play for an infant is available by  prior request. The private shower only bath (no tub) is located off the main bedroom and there is cable TV in the living area and the bedroom.. With a small kitchen available guests may choose to prepare light meals or breakfast and save money by not dining out three meals a day.

Check in time is after 2 pm and check out is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. Off street reserved parking is an additional $15.00/night. Plus tax.

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke and pet free.
