Spacious 3 bedroom two story Townhouse located at 5th St. & U St NW in the Logan/Shaw Neighborhoods.This Townhouse offers easy access to the Washington Convention Center by Metro (1 stop) or walking 15 minutes. This home is located a 6-7 minutes walk to the Shaw/Howard Green/Yellow line Metro. This stop is a direct line to the National Mall, National Archives, Navy Memorial and Smithsonian Museums.

The Town home accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, one office with a double sized futon and a sitting room with a queen sized futon. 1.5 bathrooms and a great kitchen makes this the perfect place for larger families to visit Washington. Of course there's a great kitchen available to help with the dining budget. Groceries may also be delivered for a small fee!

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange for an earlier check in or luggage drop off. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. The owner can provide a parking permit for street parking at no extra charge.
