This beautiful English basement level apartment can accommodate up to 6. Located at  6th St. & A St. SE in the Eastern Market Neighborhood on Capitol Hill. This apartment offers easy access to all that the National Mall has to offer. The Capitol Building, Library of Congress and the Supreme Court are a quick 10-15 minute walk from this home. The apartment is also located a 7-8 minute walk to the Blue/Orange Line Metro at the Eastern Market Stop.

The apartment features a queen sized Murphy bed in the spacious living area with a privacy screen between that and the front of the room where there is a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a bedroom in the rear of the apartment with two twin sized beds and a second full bath.The front room also features a full bath and kitchen. With all of the great fresh groceries available at Eastern Market guests may want to prepare meals in and help your budget by not dining out for all three meals per day.

Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. The owner will provide a parking permit for street parking at no extra charge..

Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. weekly rates are available. All of our homes are pet free and smoke free.
