Located at 6th St. & East Capitol St SE on Capitol Hill, walk to the National Mall, Monuments and Smithsonian Museums in 10-15 minutes.The Eastern Market Neighborhood is a 10 minute walk from the house where you may take the Blue/Orange Line Metro through out the city. While there be sure and check out the Farmer & Flea Markets on the weekends and the open air food Markets also.

The apartment accommodates up to 3 or 4 guests with a queen sized bed and a full sized sleeper sofa. The single full bath is located off of the bedroom. TV with cable and DVD player is available in the living area. The apartment has wireless. A fully equipped but compact kitchen allows budget minded travelers the option of making light meals regularly in order to not have to dine out, three meals a day.

Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. There is no parking available at this home.

Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke free and pet free.
