1st floor studio apartment located  at 18th & Corcoran St. NW in the Dupont Circle Neighborhood. This studio offers easy access to all of Washington DC  has to offer. Two blocks from the Red Line Metro at Dupont Circle allows guests attending meetings and Conventions at the Omni Shoreham or Marriott Wardman Hotels just one stop away on the Metro. walk to the Hilton Towers in less than 12 minutes or walk to the Washington Convention Center in about 20 minutes. The White House is 10 blocks away.

The Studio accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a queen sized Murphy bed, private full bath. Cable TV and wireless. For the budget minded traveler the kitchenette offers you the opportunity to prepare light meals helping to save you from dining out for 3 meals a day. There is a Whole Foods Market a 5-6 minute walk from this home and of course Dupont Circle offers over 80 restaurants if you're not in the mood for cooking.!

Check in time is after 2 pm and check out time is promptly at 11 am. In may cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. There is no parking available at this home.

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke free and pet free.
