This second floor studio apartment is located at 18th St. & Corcoran Ct. NW in the Dupont Circle Neighborhood.This studio offers easy access to all that Washington has to offer by being located just two blocks from the Red Line Metro and all that Dupont Circle offers with over 85 restaurants, great shopping, art galleries and much much more. The Dupont Circle Metro is just one shop from the Omni Shoreham and the Marriott Wardman Convention Hotels.

 This studio accommodates up to 2 guests only. It features a comfortable queen sized Murphy style bed, private full bath and a great kitchen available for guests' use to help your budget by not dining out for those three meals a day. Cable TV and free wireless are available. Try this vacation rental in the downtown DC business and hotel district.

Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 11 am promptly. In may cases you may be able to make prior arrangements to drop off luggage for an earlier arrival. There is no parking available with this studio.

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke free and pet free.
