This private entranced Townhouse offers easy access to the National Mall , Senate and Congressional Office buildings, Smithsonian Museums, Monuments, Library of Congress and the Eastern Market Neighborhood.The hone is located 4 blocks from the Blue/Yellow Lime Metro at the Capitol South stop.

This home accommodates up to 5 guests. It features a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and a double sized bed with an attached twin sized bunk bed in the second bed room. There is a full bath on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor. Guests that would prefer not dining out for every meal will find the kitchenette perfect for light meal preparation.Please note the second floor is reached via a circular staircase which may not be suitable for young children or guests with climbing issues.Cable TV is available in the living area and the entire house offers complementary wireless.

Check in time is after 2 pm. Check out time is 11 am promptly. In may cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. A parking permit for street parking is provided for street parking at no extra charge,

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons  for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. This home is smoke free and pet free. There is however a dog does live in the main house.and uses the shared courtyard.
