Description and Rates

Comfortable English basement level Efficiency Apartment, located at 13th St. & T St. NW in the Logan Circle Neighborhood. This Efficiency easy access to the Washington Convention Center by Metro (2 stops) or walking about 20 minutes. The apartment is located 2.3 blocks from the Green/Yellow Line Metro at the U St./Cardozo Metro stop. This stop is a direct line to both the Convention Center and also Pennsylvania Ave., The National Mall and Smithsonian Museums (4 stops).

This Efficiency accommodates up yo 2 adults and 1 small child. There is one private shower only (no tub) bath. With a great compact kitchen those traveling on a budget will enjoy the short walk to Whole Foods Market and not have to dine out for three meals a day.

Check in time is after 2 pm.and check out is 11 am promptly.. In many cases we may be able to make prior arrangements for an earlier check in or luggage drop off. Off street reserved parking is available by prior arrangement for $15.00/night. Plus tax.

Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak season in Washington. A three night night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are smoke free and pet free.

Rate based on 2 people. $15 per Child (2-18yrs)
