Large first floor 2 bedroom apartment , located at 12th St. & Maryland Ave SE in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood.This apartment offers bus service to the National Mall, Monuments and Union Station in 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is located right across the street. You may walk to Union Station in about 15 m-20 minutes.

This private entrance 1st  floor apartment features two queen sized beds in the bedrooms and a  queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates up to 6 guests. There is one full bath. With this apartment you may order your groceries delivered and help your budget by not having to dine out three meals a day..

Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to make arrangements to drop off your luggage earlier. Off street reserved parking is available for an additional $15.00/night. Plus tax.

Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons in Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are pet free and smoke free.
