This apartment offers easy access to the Washington Convention Center by Metro (2 stops)or by walking about a5 minutes.This apartment is located an 8-10 minute walk to the Green/Yellow Line Metro at the U Street/Cardozo stop. This stop is a direct lime to the Convention Center and also the National Mall and Smithsonian Museums, Monuments and private museums like the Spy Museum. (4 stops). 

This 1 bedroom apartment features a queen sized bed on the master bedroom, a queen sized sleeper sofa and for a n additional small child a chair that unfolds to a twin sized bed. A Pack N Play is available with a prior request for infants and toddlers.The full bath is located off the main bedroom. A.large screen cable TV  and DVD player (with a large collection of movies) is available in the large living room. With this well appointed galley style kitchen and the Whole Foods Market a 5 minute walk a way  guests can save in the budget by now having to dine out three meals a day.

Check in time is after 2 pm and check out time is 11 am promptly. In many cases  you may be able to arrange and earlier check in or luggage drop off.Off street reserved parking is available by prior request for an additional $15.00/night Plus tax.

Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times.Weekly rates are available. All of our homes are pet free and smoke free.
