This Private entranced home offers easy access to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, Capitol Building, Supreme Court and Senate and Congressional Office Buildings. The apartment is located a 5-6 minute walk from the Blue/Orange Line Metro at the Eastern Market Neighborhood. This area offers over 35 restaurants and one of the country's oldest Farmers and Flea markets on the weekend. Walk to the Capitol Building from this home in just 15 minutes.
This 2 bedroom 2 story home can accommodate up to 6 guests. It offers a queen sized bed in one bedroom a double sized bed with a twin bunk bed attached in the second bedroom and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. With a great full kitchen and access to Yes Floods and Harris Teeter just a short walk away guest can save money by not having to dine out for all three meals. During good weather you have access to a private patio with a gas grill.
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange an earlier check in or luggage drop off. Off street reserved parking is available for an additional $15.00/night. Plus tax
Rates are seasonal, with Spring and Fall being peak season for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly rates are available. All of out homes are pet free and smoke free.
