Small English basement level studio apartment perfect for 1 or a couple. Located at 13th St & T St. NW,just north of Logan Circle. This apartment offers easy access to the Washington Convention Center by Metro (2 stops). You may chose to walk in good weather please plan on a 25 minute walk. This studio is located just 2 blocks to the Green/Yellow Line Metro at the U Street/Cardozo stop. This stop is a direct line to the Convention Center and the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums and Pennsylvania Ave. (4 stops).

This studio features a queen sized bed, private full bath with a single person Jacuzzi tub and small kitchen area. The kitchen features an apartment sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher etc,,, This can help the budget minded travel who would like to cook light meals and not have to dine out three meals a day. There is a Whole Foods Market a 10 minute walk from this house.

 Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am promptly. In many cases you may be able to arrange an earlier luggage drop off. There is no parking available for this studio.

Rates are seasonal with Spring and Fall being peak seasons for Washington. A three night minimum stay is required at all t weekly rates are available. All of our homes are pet free and smoke free.
