Perfect!

Great location. Walking distance to the mall in a safe, quite neighborhood. I visited with my wife and two children. We planned on walking every day, so safety was a top priority. This property is in a very safe location. We walked around every night with no issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All appliances worked great. It comfortably sleeps four and the updated bathroom was nice. We read a few other reviews mentioning "draining" issues, we had no problems at all. The air conditioning was great - important since we visited during the hottest week of the year. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Yes, the back patio is small, but who cares - we didn't travel to DC to see a spacious patio. More seating is needed in the living room but aside from that, the layout of the townhouse is well done. The neighborhood has several good restaurants to choose from and is reasonable walking distance to metro stops. Strongly recommend if you want simple accommodations close to the mall, we would definitely stay here again when visiting DC. August 26, 2016 Gary (Guest)
